About the Album:
In 1988, we made our first trip to play in
Europe. We did 18 dates in England, followed by a one-nighter in Bern,
Switzerland, where we met Andy Zahnd. Andy became our promoter and closest
friend, and has continued to book dates for us ever since. He also started
the AAC record label, and this was his first release. It includes songs
going back to 1970, all the way through to 1991. Some songs were taken
from vinyl because the masters were long lost. The album is probably the
best archival piece available by our band. We have since recorded three
much stronger projects, but everything on this album is of respectable
quality and fun to listen to. It was released in Canada in 2002, and
continues to be available on stage and through this site. |
