About the Album:
Recorded in Knoxville, using the studio guys. A good album, but my least favourite, because it doesn't sound like our band. This is half and half album, half originals, half covers or material written by others. Diane Petty got us a couple of real good songs, including Roger Brown's Boogie 'Til the Cows Come Home and Mieka Appel's Not Right Now.  Love the cover...every country singer should own at least one Cadillac. Mine was actually an '84 Fleetwood Brougham that I bought from Ferlin Husky...which my wife sold while I was on the road one summer...bummer! The picture on the back is the Prairie Fire Band, circa 1995. The back shot was taken during the Calgary Stampede, and includes the late Kenny Trantham, who was not only a great steel player and vocalist, but one of the best showmen and friends the band ever had.
